ASSISTENZA LEGALE PER IL G8- LEGAL TEAM FOR THE G8

In occasione delle manifestazioni che si terranno a Roma e all'Aquila durante il vertice del g8 il Legal Team Italia, il Legal Team Europa e l'AED (Avvocati Europei Democratici) hanno organizzato un servizio di assistenza legale per difendere i diritti fondamentali di libera manifestazione del pensiero, di movimento e di informazione.
Nel momento in cui viene approvato il c.d. “pacchetto sicurezza” che rappresenta un gravissimo attentato alle libertà civili e alle garanzie costituzionali è importante riaffermare che la libertà di manifestare liberamente non può essere limitata.
Per questo le persone che abbiano necessità di intervento legale possono fare riferimento alle seguenti strutture:

ROMA: dal 7 al 10 luglio è operante un centro di assistenza legale presso la Casa dei Diritti Sociali via Giolitti n. 225 Roma (nei pressi della Stazione Termini) tel. 06 491563
L'AQUILA: gli avvocati del Legal Team saranno presenti alla manifestazione del 10 luglio con partenza alle ore 14 dalla Stazione FS di Paganica.
Gli avvocati del Legal Team saranno presenti nei presidi e nelle manifestazioni e saranno riconoscibili dalla pettorina con la scritta “Legal Team Europa”.
